My name is Masae Brittman. I am an Outer Space Hospitality Specialist (OSHS) who is active globally in the outer space hospitality field.
Beginning as an international flight attendant and premier service ground crew at an International Airport, I have aspired to refine my service standards to a world-class level by working with global Premier Membership clubs in Tokyo and Los Angeles.

Hospitality is an integral part of our success as a business. Perhaps many space visitors would only like to visit for a very short time now in order to experience the thrill of entering space, enjoying a few zero-g “extreme attractions” and/or have the simulated experience of an astronaut. However, if space travelers found a habitable Oasis that gives them a perfect respite from a long journey, more of them would love to stay for a longer period of time for many different purposes. Although there are some technological challenges today, the things that collectively contribute to an overall exceptional hospitality experience anywhere include a positive greeting, friendly, attentive service, a nicely decorated venue/hotel room, beautiful live music, recreations/entertainments and unique dining experiences. These do not happen on their own and/or by automation, but only by Outer Space Hospitality professionals (OSHP) who can make it happen!!

Safety & Security
Safety and security are two of our major priorities. The safety of space vehicles and/or hotels and of all customers on board is an OSHPs responsibility. They may not share the technical knowledge of the pilot, but still share the safety responsibilities for your space flight and/or stay and all those on board. All checks must be done promptly and thoroughly. Your employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently manage any situation, routine or emergency.

Physical & Health Development
OSHPs need strong muscles and bones to perform tasks especially while they are in longer periods of duties in Space. They must be able to lift, bend, build, maneuver and even exercise during their stay in Space. Stamina is also the ability to endure physical activity for longer periods of time. They need stamina to prevent them from getting tired easily especially under longer periods of duties in space hotel.

Grooming & Hygiene
Your Outer Space Flight Attendant and/or Outer Space Hotelier are the most visible part of your company and the ones who spend the most time with passengers. They also carry the image in many other ways. People identify your company through them. This module aims to provide them with the knowledge and skills in grooming, personal presentation and hygiene so that they can maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and appearance. OSHPs will also be in close contact with their customers and be responsible for handling food and drinks. Therefore, it is important for you to follow a strict hygiene regimen to help you present yourself as a fresh, well-groomed OSHP.

Service Language,
Communication &
Unruly customers handling
This module aims to provide OSHPs with a preliminary background for exceptional service language and communication skills on board space vehicles and space hotels and teach them how to turn problems into opportunities.
They will need to use appropriate language and skills especially when declining their customers' requests or when handling a complaint. It is also important for your OSHPs acquire high English language skill as it is the first language that should be used in an global work environment.

Excellent
Physical Health
Your OSHPs must be highly trained and professionals who are committed to health and safety first. They are required to be in excellent physical health condition at all times in order to provide the best service possible. Your OSHPs must be dedicated 24/7 to ensure that guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay and customers' stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Mental Health Management
When we feel we cannot "handle the situation", we experience stress or anxiety. Besides keeping physically fit, your OSHPs must also take care of their emotional health. Having the ability to cope with their emotions, feelings and situations are much desired especially in space.
Teamwork
Teamwork makes each flight and/or hotel operation safe and efficient in an emergency. These skills are vital. Often your OSHPs may have to work with different crews especially when each flight goes up to space, so they must be able to communicate well and work as part of their new team easily. OSHPs will also be required to work harmoniously with robots and they have to be our best buddies who are committed to teamwork and supporting us!
Business Awareness / Product Knowledge
If your OSHPs do not have proper product knowledge, even if your product has a particular feature which customer is looking for, you might not be able to explain or present that feature resulting in the loss of sale. The more product knowledge they have, the better equipped they are to cater to the needs of your customers. It is also important for OSHPs to know how to maneuver robots and get along with them well!
